As all pieces are made to order, please expect lead times of up to 5 business days for your order to be assembled. PLEASE GET IN CONTACT IF YOU NEED YOUR ORDER SOONER AND WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO ACCOMADATE.

WARRANTY

All of our pieces are subjected to rigorous quality checks and testing. However, accidents can happen! All items are protected by a 1-year warranty from your date of purchase. Please contact us directly for details. 

SHIPPING

All items are packaged securely in eco-friendly and plastic-free packaging. 

United Kingdom

Shipping will be calculated at checkout. Unfortunately we cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages. CURRENTLY WE ONLY OFFER SHIPPING WITH THE UNITED KINGDOM.

CANCELLATIONS

Changed your mind? We will accept order cancellations within 24 hours from when they are placed.

RETURNS

If you are unhappy with your purchase upon receipt, please contact us as soon as possible. For hygiene purposes, we can only accept unworn items in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery. 

Outside of this period, we can only accept damaged pieces covered under warranty. Buyers are liable for shipping costs to return any packages back to us. 

REFUNDS

Refunds will only be issued for eligible returns or items covered under the warranty period that cannot be repaired.
