My art is a direct reflection and exploration of the carefree nature of childhood. Through vibrant colours and instinctive techniques, the impulsive nature of my paintings is an intentional effect, aiming to mirror the creative chaos of youth and the spirit of play. My paintings intend to invoke an uncomplicated sense of fun and childlike mentality in the viewer.

These themes of playfulness and childhood are reflected in my artistic process which is very much led by unstructured experimentation. Fundamental to my practice is growth through exploration of new techniques – each piece is a reflection of development, guided by instinct and investigations of various methods.
